MAIN PROCESS

Turret unwinding unit(auto cutting splicing)→three mayer bar coater→oven(drier) →EPC(correction) →cooling →turret rewind unit(auto cutting splicing)

A Unwinder:

(1) Single or double shaft turret type with automatic positioning flying splicers. Composed of AC vector motors and drives, the systems tension is controlled pneumatically by low friction dancer roller.
(2) Edge position controller
Automatic edge position control with infrared sensors.

B Coating type:

According to the different products to choose the appropriate coating head ,Glue is accurate

The type include:

(1)Mayer bar coating head

(2 mayer bar,3roller mayer bar ,4oller high speed roller mayer bar)

(2)Commar scraper

(3)Gravure coating head

(4)Transfer comma craper coating head

(5)high speed 5 roller coating head

C Drying oven:

the material of oven usual have stainless steel,Galvanized stell, cold plate .

The design tpye of oven are clam shell and the side door like the pictures

The heating method for oven: electricity ,steam,hot oil,hot blast (air circle)

D Rewinder:

(2) Automatic Taper tensions can also be easily adjusted on the Panel according to different material specifications for curve, slope, or Straight settings.

E Integrated control panel:

Integrated control panel including human-machine interface touch screen and PLC centralized control system. All of the machine functions and parameters can be monitored and controlled on this user friendly design.
