This PET Bottle Washing Line is comprised of a litany of machines: a bale opener, sorting platform, belt conveyor, label remover, sorting platform, belt conveyor, crusher, screw loader, single or double screw washing tank, screw loader, steam washing machine, screw discharger, friction washer, single or double screw washing tank, dewatering machine, drying machine, and storage hopper.
This PET Bottle Washing Line is able to separate labels with the label remover machine. Afterwards the crusher turns the bottles into flakes. The hot washer removes earth and sand, and to insure all unwanted materials are removed, the PET bottle flakes will be washed by the friction washer and washing tank. Finally, the dewater machine and dryer will dry and deliver clean PET flakes.
Main Process Flow:
Bale Opener -> Belt Conveyor -> Label Remover -> Sorting Table -> Belt conveyor -> Crusher—screw discharger -> Floating Tank -> Screw Feeder -> Hot washer -> Screw Discharger -> High Speed Friction Washer -> Floating Tank -> Floating Tank -> Floating Tank -> Dewatering -> Drying -> Stock.
The capacity of our PET bottle recycling machine can range from 300kg/h-3000kg/h, and we can make changes according to our customers’ requirements to reach optimal production goals.
