1. This machine combines with advanced technology in Europe and America, which adopt Germany Siemens PLC system control, frictionless cylinder winding with tension adjustment settings, which is the tension closed-loop control system to achieve constant tension.
2. The whole line comes true fully automatic production, based on traditional automatic cut film, increase automatic change paper core and automatic unloading finish film system, ensure stable extrude with high output, high linear speed and save cost.
3. The whole line adopt 150CC melt metering pump with precision sensor pressure gauge. Strictly control plastic extruder output, ensuring finish film stable and maintain a uniformity.
4. Cooling roller adopt big diameter design and special double deck runner, greatly improving the cooling effect in high speed producing process and ensure the same temperature of cooling roll surface.
