Based on 30 years ' experience and our customers' actual operation, this unit is designed for producing single/double-side self-adhesive three- layer / five-layer stretch film, cast stretch film, cling film, embossing film, protective film etc.,it is suitable for LLDPE, CPE, PP, PE material and so on.
Features:
1. The whole line adopt melt metering pump with precision sensor pressure system.To increase or decrease the pressure inside of screw to make the pressure is stable.Strictly control plastic extruder output, ensuring finish stable and maintain a uniformity.
2. Cooling roller adopt big diameter design and special double deck runner, greatly improving to suck the air and dust from the T-die to make sure the cooling effect in high speed producing process , be transparent , and ensure the same temperature of cooling roll surface.
3. The whole line comes true fully automatic production, based on traditional automatic cut film,fully automatic paper scroll loading & unloading system, automatic pneumatic core shaft blow off and unload roller, greatly increases high output, high linear speed and save labour cost.

The stretch film making by this machine mostly used in the industrial field,port pallet packing and building material packing. For cling film ,it is for all kinds of food package.such as fruit, dishes, cooked food and etc, which can be seen in supermarket, hotel, dinning-hall and food factory .
