3. Plasticizing system: High efficiency of plasticizing mixing exhaust screw. Injecting controlled by transducer. It is high precision.
4. Speed control system: Variable-frequency speed control and alloy steel hard tooth-face speed reducer. Speed control steadily. Low noise. Durable in use.
5. Clamping and mold-moving system: Independent mold-open, mold- close, mold-lock and mold-moving. Linear ball rolling guide way and microns accuracy. High precision, convenience, energy saving and no deformation. TONGDA patent: Two pull rod, single cylinder, two-way synchronous clamping central mold-lock system. It is very steady.
6. Die head: Special die head for PC material. Vertical style, first in and first out. Use special steel by nitrogen treatment.
7. Blowing system: Double set of filter and air pressure adjustment system. Make sure the air clean and pressure steady. Equip electromagnetic valve without maintenance and it is more durable.
