6. Die head: Use good material, such as 38CrMoAlA, 42CrMoV, 35CrMo, etc. Precision Machining and heat treatment.
7. Convenient to change mold: Die head can be adjusted up and down together with the platform. It can be also adjusted forward and backward (hydraulic control). Leave space for assembling different kinds of mold. It is convenient to adjust the distance between die mouse and mold by up and down the die mold. This can make the flash minimum.
8. Low-energy: When the speed is about 70%, the energy consumption is about 78KW.h.
