Product Description
The SPJ70/110/150 Batch Pre-expander-B (Basic) is a simple equipment compared with large scale pre-expander equipment. However, the batch pre-expander-B (Basic) still can meet your all basic needs. The batch pre-expander-B uses advanced EPS foaming technology, not only has enhanced the production efficiency, but improved the foaming quality.
Main Features:
Our EPS pre-expander machine includes common dryer bed, screw conveyer, filling, sieving devices, etc. EPS pre-expander machine can realize operation with low faulty rates.
1. Steam system: The styrofoam batch expander machine has steam pressure reducer and angle valve to control steam. The steam system allows styrofoam batch expander machine to operate properly and produce high quality foaming beads.
2. Filling system: The EPS pre-expander machine adopts electronic weighing system, setting filling weight on touch screen for the material filling automatically.
3. Material level control: Adopts photo sensor to control the expansion level.
4. Electric control: Adopt PLC and touch screen, keep the whole process work of polystyrene batch expander machine automatically.
Notes:
❉ Vibration level sensor of polystyrene batch expander machine is optional.
❉ Proportional valves of steam and compressed air are optional.
❉ Chamber pressure and temperature sensors control system are optional.
❉ As for SPJ70B expander machine, the expander machine needs to be equipped with PID control system when the expansion density is above 30g/l.
