Epioneer
series system is launched by Huayan as the most high-end model after
conduction of 4 years’ design and practical verification. It is the most
advanced PET preform injection molding system in China and also
synchronized with the best system all over the world. The new system
adopts innovative design of electrical plasticization and direct
clamping, which includes the features like multi-cavity, high speed,
high efficiency and energy saving. This system is suitable for high
injection volume, high production volume and high quality requirements.

Clamping Unit Features
l The
movable platen is guided by linear guide rail, instead of going through
the tie bars. This design can avoid accuracy loss due to long-term
friction with tie bar; it also keeps the clamping unit cleaner.
l Linear
guide rail reduces platen movement resistance, benefits positioning
accuracy and provides more reliable low-pressure mold protection.
l The
movable platen with clamping force transferred from the central area to
outward, effectively offsets the mold deformation causes by high speed
high pressure injection.
l Bigger size machine platens, which accommodate more cavitations mold up to 128cav with 400 tons clamping force.
l Better mold location, no mold sag.

Hydraulic Unit Features
l 6
accumulators with a Rexroth variable pump are applied in the hydraulic
system, which ensure high system pressure output, high efficiency and
energy saving.
l Hydraulic
components can bear 350bar pressure. System pressure can be as high as
185bar, which provides adequate power supply for each related movement.
l Oil circulation control system is modular ACC type, which can be upgraded flexibly according to production requirements.

Injection Unit Features
l With
the application of SIEMENS servo motor to drive the PET plasticization,
coupled with advanced melt-controlling technology, the rotation speed
of the screw is automatically adjusted based on required injection
volume.
l The
screw is continuously plasticizing without any pause. The PET melt is
constantly being pushed forward so there is no static moment for the
melt and the barrel, thus the quality and quantity of the PET melt is
greatly improved. Either AA value or IV drop can be as good as the
industrial’s top level.

Robot Unit Features
l Equipped
with SIEMENS high speed servo motor, 4-station take-out plate with
cooling tubes realized the fast and precise preform take-out. The
in&out time to fetch the preforms can be just 1s only.
l Preform
discharging is done by vacuum sucking device. Upon request of high
volume production, cool air blowing mechanism is optional for shorter
cycle time. For 11.8g preforms, the cycle time can be as short as 6.5s
with the ideal preform cooling effect of 45℃ or even lower when the
preforms drop.
l EOAT
is one piece made, so workload is reduced for adjusting dowel pins.
This design helps fast EOAT replacement with flexible compatibility for
third party molds.
