ABS/PMMA bathtub sheet/sanitaryware sheet co-extrusion lines

Introduction:

This line is used to produce abs/pmma bathtub sheet/sanitaryware sheet, compound by pmma-abs co-extrusion, it is very glossy with the property of pmma sheet, and it has the advantages of resistance to impact as abs.

This kind of sheet has such characteristics as high intensity, good temperature resistance, good rot proof, ect. It can be produced with additives to different requirements such as improving intensity, improving toughness, improving rigidity, flame retardant, embossing, frosting etc.

Applications:

widely used for family appliance field, bathtub,shower room,steam room etc.

thickness: 1-8mm, width: 1220-2100mm

Production Flows:

vaccum feeding machine→single screw extruder → co-extruder → T-type die head → three roller calander →cooling frame and edge cutting units → haul off machine → twin position colier(guillotine) → stacker
