The SKR- profile production line is mainly used for extruding profiles such as PVC doors and windows, door covers, window slabs and single perforated pipes. The production line can select different twin screw extruders according to different profiles, sections and moulds, and equip corresponding vacuum setting table, tractor, cutting machine, turning frame and other auxiliary equipment.
The extruder can be selected between 120KG/H-65KG/H. Vacuum shaping table adopts our unique design technology, with front and back electric regulation function, low noise, increased eddy current cooling system, easy cooling and shaping, good working stability, to meet the needs of telling extrusion. The traction machine adopts unique transmission technology, which works smoothly, synchronously, steadily and with great traction. The moving speed of the cutter keeps synchronization with the speed of the tractor. All the movements are controlled by PLC computer. The cutter has reasonable design and stable operation. It can cut automatically at fixed length.
