MSV-206 is of balanced endothermic and exothermic foaming agent,in decomposition process endothermic and exothermic is balanced,foaming process introduction period is short,decomposition without mutation(compared with normal AC foaming agent,MSV-206 has better controllability);foaming activator and processing agent in formula will not affect decomposition temperature,decomposition enthalpy data,decomposition speed of foaming agent NH-102.Using this kind foaming agent will help product with fineness foaming structure,lower destiny and higher tensile strength.

Decomposition initial temperature:150-160℃

Machinability:compared with normal AC foaming agent,its foaming process is easy to control,process temperature:170-210℃

Sanitation property:meet the standard of USA FDA,non-toxic,non-foreign smell.

Mechanical property:foaming product can form independent spherical bubble chamber,form solid structure is similar as cellular,can get good strength of mechanical.

Recommended using amount: injection foam:0.5-2%;extrusion foam:0.8-1.0%
