PC/PMMA/PS Transparent Sheet Extrusion System
Single screw extruder: most of the transparent sheet lines in market are single screw extruder machines. CHAMPION venting single screw extruder, processed according to complete production process to ensure the performance of the equipment. Special vacuum system ensure the moisture degassing in the material and the sheet won't have black spots and yellowing.
Twin screw extruder: cannot shear the material too much, make sheet with better toughness. And bigger capacity, more power energy saving. CHAMPION twin screw extruder has accounted for more than 80% in the twin screw market.
Application
GPPS/PC/PMMA transparent sheet, widely used in the optical field, like the light diffusion plate and light guide plate.
PC/PMMA/PS, due to its good light transmittance, aging resistance, impact resistance, flame retardancy, good heat forming performance and sound isulation. Also widely used in lighting part of the construction industry and the rain tent, a telephone booth, advertising signpost/display, etc.
