CHINA CHAMPION GPPS/PMMA optical sheet extrusion line
APPLICATION:
GPPS/PMMA transparent sheet, wildely used in the optical field, such as light diffusion plate and light guide plate.
The light diffusion plate is widely used in LCD (the display of computer and television), LED (flat panel display lamp of LED, etc.) lighting and imaging display system.
PS light diffusion plate, with a proportion of about 1.05, is lighter than PMMA, and lower price, accounting for a large proportion in the market. It's suitable for LED of direct backlight, such as flat panel light, downlight, grille light lamp, advertising light box and professional film viewing light, which are usually used with light guide plate.
SINGLE SCREW EXTRUDER: most of the transparent sheet lines in market are single screw extruder machines. CHAMPION venting single screw extruder, processed according to complete production process to ensure the performance of the equipment. Special vacuum system ensure the moisture degassing in the material and the sheet won't have black spots and yellowing.
TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER: new type of twin screw extruder won't shear the material too much, make the sheet with better transparency. Ensure the light transmittance and haze of product.
CONTROL SYSTEM:
PLC control complete machine.
Siemens frequency/servo controlling system. International first-class brand, high standard and makes the machine more stable.
HMI centralized control. Through centralized control, you can browse all technical informations in one screen, such as the machine current, pressure, speed, temperature, vacuum pressure, and so on.
