This line is designed to produce ABS plate, fluoride-free ABS plates, antibiosis plates, high glossy ABS/HIPS plate, HIPS plates. It consists of main extruder for ABS layer and co-extruder for HIPS layer, T-type die head, three roller calendars and other accessory machine parts. The sheets/board produced by this line have extremely strong low temperature toughness, impact resistance, chemical stability and good performance.
Applications for the ABS/HIPS sheets/boards
They are widely used on family appliance field, such as refrigerators’/freezers’ inner layer bladder, drawers, doors inner, water pans, water dispensers’ inner liner and door etc. Inner bladder of washing machine, out shell of air conditioners. HIPS high glossy co-extrusion compound sheet is one of most popular products.
