Description
1. PVC edge banding extrusion line is mainly used in the production of various kinds of PVC edge banding strip/tape, which is widely applied to decoration of furniture, kitchen ware, office, etc.
2. It can either produce PVC single color edge banding, or it can produce wood grain and other patterns of edge banding through the printing machine. The extruder adopts special designed screw and barrel, which guarantees high speed extrusion and excellent plasticizing effect.
3. This line is equipped with the water tank, the height adjustment is mechanical and lateral adjustment is convenient operating, which ensure the product forming precision. Haul off unit adopts frequency conversion control, and the wearable belt makes the traction working high speed and stable.
4. Output cavities: 2 cavities, 4 cavities, 6 cavities,8 cavities. Width 19mm-54mm, thickness 0.4-2mm
