Variable screw-pitch and double-separate structure screw is specially designed for PMMA material. Comprehensive plasticizing element, ensure the plasticizing effects of materials.The water cooling tank of this line has a set of automatically control water temperature and water level . it can save lot of water and improve production efficiency . The haul off and cutting machine is connected with PLC control . The worker directly control hauling speed and cutting speed by PLC .
