1.MMS-G series mixer can replace manual in the raw material dosing and mixing process of plastic production, help to achieve precise control pf product quality, reduce consumption and labor costs, while making automation and automation possible.
2.The machine can be installed on the injection molding or extrusion screw to make dosing and mixing.
3.In the extrusion industry, optional extrusion control and grammage control are available to precisely control the thickness or grammage.
4.The machine can also be installed independently, after dosing and mixing the raw materials will be stored in the storage below for single or multiple machines.
Principle
By inputting the proportion of each raw material, the machine will calculate the weight of each raw material required in combination with the weight of each raw material, and then distribute the raw materials into the weighing hopper by controlling the opening and closing of the dosing valve. When dosing completed, the raw materials in the weighing hopper will be discharged into the mixer below to be stirred, and the whole process is completed after the mixing is completed.
