This production line is our new research for producing high-quality pp strapping bands, Which can produce 1 strap,2 straps and 3 straps at one time based on your requirement. The pp straps has many advantages such as light g/m, low measure of skewness, stable quality, good color, high lustrousness, good tensile strength and suitable for all kinds of packaging belt machine, which do compare with the pp straps in Japan and South Korea. The screw is made of 38 CrMoAl and nitrogen treatment. Hard tooth face speed reducer, frequency conversion speed regulator ,stainless steel material feeder, USD idler wheel, pneumatic shuttle, far-infrared heating, three-time heat treatment, and two embossed rollers carved the stripes by computer are the components of extruder.
