The special screw rod technology can be applicable to PE、PP、PA、ABS、PPS、PC、PET、PMMA etc modification and color master batch pelletizing .The line consists of high-speed mixer, loader, extruder, pelletizing die head, cooling water trough, or, air blower drying system, pellets cutter, vibration screen, air blower loading system etc. The water ring molding face pellets cutting and hot-cutting pelletizing under the water can be chosen.

The production line consists of one conical forced feeding extruder, one single screw extruder, vacuum air venting device, fast net changing device and granule cutting device. The feeding part of the extruder is enlarged. The compressor has large volume compression ratio. The vacuum suction device at the connection parts can effectively exhaust the volatizing air in the material. The waste materials can be extruded directly. This line is not only able to recycle the common plastics, but also can recycle the foamed PS, PE, EVA, etc. Different screws are available to the different material, output.
