The three-layer film is compounded by extrusion in the die head to form a three-layer co-extrusion film. The product quality has reached a new level. The film produced has the characteristics of high transparency, durability, high toughness, low temperature thermal cutting, composite fastness, and good curl resistance. In addition, it has good barrier properties, freshness preservation, moisture resistance, frost resistance, oxygen barrier properties, and oil resistance, and can be widely used in light and heavy packaging of various fresh fruits, meat, pickles, fresh milk, liquid beverages, and medical supplies.

The 3 layer blown film extrusion machine adopts a new high-efficiency and low-consumption extrusion production line. The machine is equipped with autoloader, high-quality high-speed air ring, meter weight control system, advanced PLC screen automatic control system and other technologies.
