pvc door frames are used in decoration, after surface hot stamping of lamination, we can produce any surface color as we want, just by changing the hot stamping or lamination paper. Door frames can be used in kitchen, bedroom, living room, shopping center, etc.

Production procedure:

Calcium powder, pvc and additives are added into hot mixing machine, the mixed material will be taken into cooling mixing machine, then through 65 twin screw extruder, moulds, calibration tank, heat transfer printing machine to add surface colors on it, embossing machine, cutting machine, stacker and finally to pack.
