The melt-blown cloth production line automatically sucks polypropylene into the screw extruder through the vacuum feeding machine, and the extruder heats and melts the PP particles into liquid. The blower or air compressor sends the compressed air in the air tank into the air heating tank for heating. Hot air uses pressure to eject molten polypropylene material from the nozzle to form filaments (the nozzle contains hundreds of small holes), and then the ejected filaments reach the height of the screen machine, and then reach the winding equipment.

● Extrusion die and spinneret part: discrete and horizontal structure, which makes the spunbonded nonwoven fabric produced uniformly spread, firm and breathable;
● Winding machine: winding is smooth and automatic.
