PET sheet twin-screw exhaust production line (crystallization free drying): The crystallization free and drying free exhaust PET sheet unit launched by Jinweier has the advantages of low energy consumption and high efficiency. This model is a continuously improved and upgraded product of Jinweier Company. The core vacuum system has been significantly upgraded from the original Roots water ring pump group to Roots rotary vane pump group, which can achieve a vacuum degree of ≤ 10Pa. At the same time, the PET special alloy steel thin-walled roller group is used to greatly improve the cooling efficiency, thereby increasing production, improving product toughness and transparency. The operating system independently programmed by Kingwell ensures the humanization and ease of operation of the device.
4. PET sheet planetary multi screw exhaust production line (crystal free drying): Using a planetary screw extruder as the main machine, the increased area of material and air is increased. Combined with the newly developed vacuum system by Jinweier, it can meet the needs of customers with high output and high-quality sheets.
Multiple extruders are used for co extrusion technology to produce multi-layer co extruded composite PET sheets, such as APET/PETG, PETG/APET/PETG, APET/RPET/APET, and other multi-layer composites. Widely used in vacuum forming, printing, hardware packaging, gift folding, etc.
