PVC skinning (wood plastic) foam board and construction formwork production line
The production line for PVC skinning foam, semi skinning foam, and co extruded core layer foam board consists of a conical twin-screw extruder, board mold, shaping table (three rollers), and auxiliary equipment. PVC laminated foam board and co extruded core laminated foam board have good corrosion resistance, insulation properties, and certain mechanical strength. PVC free foam board, also known as Shaffer board and Andy board, has a chemical composition of polyvinyl chloride. The surface hardness of PVC free foam board is average, and its chemical properties are stable, resistant to acid, alkali, corrosion, and thermal insulation. Widely used in advertising display boards, mounting boards, screen printing, carving, etc.
The PVC building formwork production line uses PVC waste plastic, wood powder, calcium carbonate, and other fillers to manufacture plastic building formwork through extrusion technology, which is a new type of formwork that replaces steel formwork and bamboo wood plywood. PVC wood plastic building formwork has many advantages such as low cost, light weight, and reusability. At the same time, waste can be crushed and reused. The usage method of PVC building templates is the same as that of wooden templates. Due to its plastic material and special production process, PVC building templates can be reused up to 30 times, and completely scrapped boards can still be recycled and processed into new building templates with relatively low single use costs.
