Product Description
This production line is dedicated to manufacturing PVC cable conduit pipes. The complete line consists of a conical twin-screw extruder, four-cavity die, vacuum sizing cooling tank, haul-off unit, cutting machine and stacking machine.
Optional accessories include PLC control system, inkjet / laser marking printer, plastic crusher, shredder,miller, water chiller, air compressor and other auxiliary equipment.
Optimized screw and barrel design ensures excellent plasticization effect of PVC materials.

This PVC four-cavity electric conduit & water supply pipe extrusion line enables simultaneous extrusion of four pipes in one single line. It effectively cuts factory construction and overall production investment, boosts pipe output and shortens production cycles.
Equipped with SJSZ65 conical twin-screw extruder, the line achieves a daily output of 5.5 to 6 tons with outstanding production speed. For 16 mm PVC pipes, the maximum line speed can reach 8-10 m/min.
The complete line consists of a 65 mm conical twin-screw extruder, four-cavity PVC pipe extrusion die, four-channel cooling sizing tank, four-station haul-off & cutting unit and four-station stacking machine.The matched crusher and milling machine are designed to process leftover pipe scraps from production. Firstly, waste pipes are shredded into particles below 10mm by the crusher. Afterwards, the milling machine further grinds these fragments into uniform fine powder that meets the feeding standard of the PVC extruder. The recycled powder can be mixed with new raw materials and reused in the two-cavity pipe production line to lower your raw material cost effectively.
