PET label removing machinery

PET bottle label remover is made for removing labels of all types of PET bottles(original or compressed), mainly designed for the label removing step of PET washing line, which changes the situation of traditional manual work, increase a lot of the production efficiency.

Operating Steps:

1.Firstly, check if the power connect correctly, when the power indicator light is on, run the equipment by starting the running indicator button, keep running without material for 5 seconds; 2.After 5 seconds, load PET bottles manually or via belt conveyor to the hopper, make sure the bottles supply averagely;

3.Manual collection(or belt conveyor) could be arranged at the outlet to collect bottles into storage bag, labels discharged behind by fan ;

Operating attention items:

1. Regular maintenance on bearings (once every 15 days);

2.Iron and other metal items are forbidden to feed in from inlet, edible oil can and rubber tube are forbidden also;

3. When belts slip or strange noise of motor occurs, cut off the power immediately, check if belts are loose or if inlet or outlet are blocked;

4. When the efficiency of removing decreases, open the cover to check if blades are damaged, if yes, change the blades.
