Features of Pipe Machine:

◆ Gravimetric material feeding system is to control material feeding according to pipe parameter & line production speed, to get high qualified pipe with constant weight per meter. It’s also have other benefits, such as shortening start-up time, saving raw material, simplifying operation.

◆ New designed five-section type screw, special for PB material extrusion, ensuring the stability and plasticizing quality of PB pipe extrusion.

◆First to overcome the problem of stable extrusion without melt pump;Special designed spiral pressure-storage type die head ensures the high speed and constant pressure extrusion of PB pipe.

◆ Multi-sheet water bath type calibrators, with independent intellectual property right, realize even and effective calibrating & cooling effect.

◆ Multi-group roller clamping type haul-off machine completely avoids pipe stretching and deformation problem, with high and stable pulling speed and without any vibration or slipping.

◆ SIMENS programmable PLC control with big color touch screen. Having multi-point close-loop control and synchronous system, which ensure the easy and reliable operation of the line.
