Brief Introduction:
“jpy Machinery”SXG-50/65/75T precision tube extrusion line are the main model of third generation (high speed) series precision pipe line which designed and made by joy company, this line is mainly used for producing various kinds of small plastic pipe, such as PA/PU automobile tube, high pressure air and liquid transmission tube, medical catheter, multi-layer composite tube, clean containers straw, and precision communication cable etc. Main feature of this line: high productive efficiency, excellent dimensional stability and high automation degree.
This extrusion line has adopted the "accurate control of vacuum" and "high pressure volumetric extrusion" technology, which are initiated by our own team. It has reformed the shortage of traditional technology which can not balance extrusion speed and precision control, especially when it is applied in engineering plastics tubes. It can meet the high precision extrusion control and achieve ideal production efficiency as well. In this way, it can greatly improves the customer’s value-in-use of machine and bring remarkable cost-reduction effect for the customers.

Commercial Details
Packing type: Wooden base plate, damp proof plastic lining, fully-closed plate-box external;
Delivery time: 45days after receive the payment of deposit;
Payment: Deposit 30% contract into valid, delivery against payment of 70% balance after qualified acceptance;
Leave factory testing: Before leaving factory, equipment should be tested by both parties. Test material offered by buyer;
Installation and debugging: joy will send 1-2 technicians for machine’s installation and debugging according to customer’s requirement; The technicians' board and lodging and the round-trip airplane ticket expense undertakes by the buyer, additional service charge USD80. for each technician / one day, estimate 5-7working days.
Guarantee period: Guarantee period is 12months after leaving factory, damaged parts caused by quality problem is changed for free during guarantee period. Maintenance technicians' board and lodging and the round-trip airplane ticket expense undertakes by the buyer, but without service charge.
Service after sale:
- Service is available lifelong. Maintenance technicians' board and lodging and the round-trip airplane ticket expense undertakes by the buyer. After 12months guarantee period over, should pay additional service charge USD80.00 for each technician / one day;
- joy will response any inquiry within 24 hours and it will be solved as soon as possible;
- joy can offer training customer’s engineers for free;
- joy will send enough technicians to the Buyer’s company for installation and testing the lines.
