Coating head mechanism of the machine uses new-type high-speed coating head designed and developed by our company recently, which is convenient for three-dimensional adjustment and equipped with vibration damper plate, achieving stable running and high precision. Drying system is designed specially according to drying principle, hot-wind circular combined-type drying tunnel, achieving complete drying, high efficiency and low energy consumption. Heating mode adopts PID intelligent temperature control system, equipped with adjustable heater, to ensure temperature control precision and more energy saving. Follow guide roller is imported aluminium roller and drive guide roller is mirror roller, through kinetic equilibrium treatment, to ensure non-abrade. Ultrasonic sensor is used at the exit of oven. Rubber roller is electric-conductive rubber roller. Pneumatic parts of the machine use imported brand components.
Unwinding & rewinding system and drive system of the machine use frequency-conversion vector motor and digital controller, cooperating with automatic tension control system, achieving automatic dynamic control of tension and speed of the whole machine, to improve the precision and stability of tension control and speed control greatly. PLC control system and colorful touch-screen human-computer interface are used for operation and control of the whole machine. Software system can provide the functions of on-line test, display & save, on-line help, production record, etc., which is advanced and convenient for operating. Operators and technicians can operate and maintain the machine conveniently, production efficiency can be improved greatly. In order to ensure production safety, the machine is specially equipped with outside-hanging safety system.
