Applications and Features:
This machine is designed according to cutting and sewing features of pp cloth roll. This production line has replaced the outdated procedures and heavy labor. Controlled by the computer, the printed cloth roll or plain cloth roll will pass through several procedures automatically to get the final bags. The procedures are: loading the roll, rectifying deviation, pre setting bag length, cutting, feeding with the gripper, folding, sewing, and counting, The final bags are identical in size and come out from the machine orderly with accurate number. This kind of bags supplies a convenient way for package, storage, and transportation. Moreover, it saves the labor and improves working efficiency.
The machine is equipped with the following devices: automatic hydraulic roll-feeding device and rectifying deviation device, length tracking by the photoelectric mark sensor, cutting device, and locating device by unique grippers (the grippers are used for pulling bags ).The cutter cuts the bag and then the grippers hold the bag tightly and move it to the folding and sewing sections. The grippers solve the problem of thin bags moving to one side before coming to the folding and sewing sections. Therfore, the number of unqualified products has been reduced. Otherwise, there will be a large number of unqualified products. According to the requirements of customers, this machine can be equipped with 360°double-folding device, NEWLONG originally installed sewing machine, automatic sewing-thread cutter, emergency stop button and humanized automatic calculating conveying belt in order to lighten the labor intensity.
The production data are set by the electronic touch screen (man machine interface ),such as, the type of bags (plain or printed ),bag span and stitch pitch, speed of machine, the number of final bags, coming out in piles, trouble alarm, etc. Adopting the Mitsubishi servo motor, it has a reliable and stable operating system. Equipped with a cutter which can be moved forwards and backward by a shaft, it guarantees the accuracy of cutting length.
