Applications and Features:
This machine is newly produced by remodeling and trials with foreign advanced technology. With PP cloth whole roll, non-woven fabric, brown paper, PE film as its basic material, it adopts flexographic printer to print both positively and negatively continuously and it is specially used for printing.
The whole technical progress, that is,feeding the basic material, adjusting the tension, positive and negative printing, drying and rewinding the whole roll, is equipped with the advanced electric system and mechanic devices. The basic cloth finishes printing successively in one technical process from feeding to finished products. It is the ideal choice for the priniting enterprises home and abroad with high automatic operation, advanced printing technology, reasonable printer structure and nice and fast printing. The printed PP bags are widely used in packaging, storing and transporting of a variety of materials such as cement, foodstuff, feedstuff, chemical materials and powder materials.
Flexographic plate automatic printer: This machine is successive printing equipment by convex plate roller against the basic cloth with water or aicohol solubility ink. The machine is designed as a 4-color printer. Users can make many kinds of printing combinations (such as 4+0, 3+1, and 2+2) according to their own requirements. The printing rubber plate (flexographic plate ) adopts the direct sticking method with double-sided adhesive tape, which is convenient to use. The single layer thickness of the rubber plate is 4mm.
1.By changing the printing plates and printing gears, it can meet the printing needs whose bag length is 200-1200mm, while the basic cloth width is ≯800mm.
2.The equipped printing plate roller oil pressing lifting system can ensure that the printing plate roll can be lifed when the power is turned off and can separate from the basic cloth being printed. ln this way, it can avoid polluting the printing plate as a result of stopping the printer and, therefore, it greatly reduces the possible degraded products.
3. The chromatography of this printer has 360 degree online continuously registering system, which can fine tune the position of the chromatography and ensure the accuracy and improve the printing level.
4. The small size lifting device ensures the convenience of changing the plate rollers and loading or unloading the cloth roll.
5. The imported anilox roller features in even ink distribution, saving ink, clear and bright printing effect.
6. The independent even ink transmitting system ensures the auto ink distribution after the printing plate roller is lifted when the power is turned off. Thus it can avoid scaling ink or uneven ink to reduce the degraded products.
