Introduction of wood plastic machinery process
The wood-plastic is new kind of synhetic material through the process of crushing, milling, mixing, granulating, extruding, calibrating, hauling off and cutting, which uses PVC, PP,PE resin or recycled plastic and plant fiber(wood powder, chaff, straw, etc.) as raw material. This kind of wood plastic is not only very similar with naturalwood in apperance and feel, but also has the same characteristics as wood of being sawable, planeable, drillable. The wood plastic products are widely used in outdoor floor, close to water construction, balcony, landscape architecture, chairs and benches, fences, interior doors and windows, furniture, etc.
Combining advanced Canadian technology and the domestic practical situation, our company developed the SJMS series wpc production line. WPC profile extrusion line is adopted specially designed screw, barrel, mould and unique wpc craft and formula initiated by our company. The extruder can match with the auxiliary machines and moulds perfectly. The whole production line is a automatic control from the loading to the final discharging. The machines can also be manually adjusted separately. With the advantages of good plastication, low energy consumption, such as vacuum calibrating platform, haul off machine, cutting machine and material stacker. It is mainly used for extruding outdoor decorative wpc profiles, such as gardening landscapes, outdoor landscapes, pallets, etc.
