Features and Advantages:
i) Import advanced production technology and main function parts from South Korea and Germany, to keep machine work stably and smoothly
ii) Stainless steel material in barrel interior and inner parts and with polishing technology to prevent the material joint with the barrel inner wall. And the sieve board at bottom used laser cut to keep the gap even to achieve the eps granules foamed evenly.
iii) Screw feeder system and negative pressure feeding system. Specialized measuring unit and controller, to accurately control the inventory of raw material.
iv) Import the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller ) and 10inch True color touch screen, easily operate, stably running. Self diagnosis system can check out the fault with its position and maintenance method.
v) Air break switch system to keep the eps granules from joint together when power cut.
vi) Short foaming time cycle, uniform foaming specific gravity and tolerance controlled within 2%,
vii) Proportion controlling valve can be chosen according to customer’s requirement to keep the granules foaming specific gravity uniform and stable.
viii) Equipped with fluidized drying machine, continuously finish drying, smashing and transferring in one time.
