EPS Block Moulding Machine

i) Thermosetting Modified EPS Block Moulding machine, R&D according to the physical property of the fire retardance coated EPS granules. Horizontal compress system was used on interior mould board. Fit for 630-730mm EPS block. Compress ratio can reach to 14%, which improve effectively the viscosity, air void, water ratio, heat conductivity and fire retardance, and reduce the deformation ratio. Waste recycle rate can reach to 10%-15%, effectively lower down production cost.

ii) Equipped with surface pressure sensor, which can accurately control the moulding time, guarantee the production ratio, and reduce the deformation ratio.

iii) Imported famous brand Vacuum system, pneumatic parts and hydraumatic parts, to keep the machine works stably.

iv) Guide-rail sliding door design, to avoid any impact cause the mould board deformation, and keep the mould chamber with excellent air-tightness.

v) Specialized stainless steel mould board, and mirror polishing process on surface, which is convenient for production demould.

vi) Low pressure and mass flow system, which improve the steam utilization, and 0.2-0.3MPa can guarantee the production.

vii) Specialized release agent, efficiently prevent the EPS granules stick on the mould and block the holes on the mould board.

Viii) PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and Color Touch Screen system, to cycle production process, self diagnose the fault.
