The pulp molded product is a pollution-free technology-based environment-friendly product which is made from completely recycling plant fiber pulp or waste paper products through a unique technology and is widely used in the fields of food containment, electrical appliance packaging, agricultural and sideline products, medical utensils, crafts and cushioning packaging of fragile products.br /> The pulp molding production line produced by our company consists of a pulping system, a molding system, a drying system and a packaging system, wherein drum type, tilting type and reciprocating type molding machines are available. The equipment has the characteristics of energy conservation, high automation degree, easy operation and labor saving. The same molding machine can produce different specifications of paper tray products by replacing molds, and can be conveniently operated by workers.
(一)、Process Overview
1. The finished product can be made by the following steps of: disintegrating waste paper (or raw stock paperboards), the raw material, into pulp fiber by a hydropulper, adding a small amount of functional additives into a stock chest to ensure that the product has special functions (waterproof, dampproof, antistatic, etc.), adding clear water to adjust stock in the stock chest till the concentration required by the molding, molding the stock on a tailor-made mold into a wet blank through vacuum absorption, and processing the molded wet blank through drying and hot-press shaping.
2. Simple Production Flow: raw material (waste paper) → hydropulping → stock chest → stock mixing system → stock suction molding → dewatering and drying → hot-press forming → packaging → finished products.
3. Raw Material: the raw material for producing pulp molded products is mainly waste newspapers, carton paper, and marginal waste paper of paper mills, carton plants and printing houses. The used raw material is rich in resource and low in price, and is the recycling of waste.
No waste water and exhaust gas are discharged in the production process, the water for the production process is recycled and will not pollute the environment, and the expense for water can be saved.
4. By replacing the molds, different specifications of paper tray products can be produced. They are widely applied to the packaging of industrial products such as electronics, electric appliances, instruments, toys, glass ware and various fragile industrial products, and the packaging of agricultural and sideline products such as fruits and eggs. The products have shakeproof and waterproof functions.
(二)、 Pulping Process: the raw material (waste paper or pulp) is disintegrated into fiber to suspend in water under hydraulic action, and necessary additives and water are added according to process requirements to form the stock which meets molding requirements.
(三)、 Molding Process:
The Zmz22/48 type egg tray molding machine has 12 molding plate rotation structures each of which has 4 forming molds. 48 forming molds and 4 transfer molds are arranged on one molding machine. An automatic cleaning machine is equipped on the equipment, and can automatically clean the molds in the production process. The molding machine is high in automation degree, production efficiency and product quality, can realize continuous rotary production, and is suitable for batch approved products such as bottle holders and egg trays.
(四)、Drying Process
The pulp products contain higher moisture generally after pulping and molding, so the moisture of the products needs to be removed through drying.
The direct-fired fuel oil (gas) drying production line designed and manufactured by the company breaks the design habit of subarea burning at home and abroad for the first time, is stable and reasonable in drying temperature and high in thermal efficiency because a central heating mode is adopted, and has high integrated automation degree; and it is superior to other similar equipment in the aspect of energy consumption and output, and is a national patented product. The centralized control mode is adopted for an electric control system of the drying line, and the start, stop, speed adjustment and inspection of the production line can all be realized in front of a cabinet. Meanwhile, the real-time voltage and current are displayed on an instrument panel of the electric control cabinet, and the temperature of each section of working area can be circularly displayed in a scroll way.
The drying line includes a single-layer drying line and a multi-layer drying line. If the equipment is equipped with the single-layer drying line, the single-layer drying line occupies a large area, and the workshop length cannot be less than 70 meters; and if the equipment is equipped with the multi-layer drying line, the multi-layer drying line occupies a small area, the workshop length is less than or equal to 40 meters, the workshop height is more than or equal to 4.5 meters, and the heat inside the drying line can be effectively saved due to the small volume of the multi-layer drying line.
The customer can select the drying line according to plant size and energy condition.
(五).Shaping Process
The egg tray product is basically finalized after molding and drying, and the finished product can be directly warehoused for storage after manual arrangement or packaging;
The shaping process needs to be added after drying in the production process of egg boxes and industrial packaging products. The products are shaped by a hot-press shaping machine to ensure that the products have neat and attractive appearances, and have higher toughness and better shakeproof performance.
In the shaping process, the electricity (or conduction oil) is generally used to heat a heating plate to ensure that a metal mold has higher temperature (180-250℃), and a pulp product is pressed by utilizing pneumatic or hydraulic pressure to achieve a finalizing effect.
After shaping, the surfaces of some products also need to be pasted with labels or printed with patterns and characters.
The customer can match the products according to specific circumstances.
