Advantages

2. Double proportional vale is applied to control oil speed and pressure in the oil channel. Besides, reversing valve is used for flow direction control, and reduction valve for brake.
3. Mould locking force is uniform due to special design for the mould to bear stress.
4. Made of ductile cast iron solid, the whole mould frame and moulds are firm enough to work for long time.
Features
1. The screw diameter is 90 mm, 65 mm, or 40 mm.
2. This detergent bottle blow moulding equipment has four mould cavities and double stations. Special screws for material recycle are adopted.
3. Scissors toggle clamping system features high rigidity mold clamping. The clamping force is much larger than machine produced by other manufacturers.
4. With high accuracy linear guide rail, it features fast mould moving speed and stable production.
5. Power consumption is decreased due to the adoption of double proportional flow valve.
6. 90-65-40U+S2X4.15F 2L high production blow molding machine is configured with automatic lubrication system, thickness control system and in-mould labeling function.
7. Touch screen is designed according to ergonomics, which makes operation more user-friendly. Besides, the industrial PC networking supports WIFI or 3G for signal transmission.
