• Feeding section
Equipped with gravimetric feeding system, the pipe material will be fed accurately according to the extrusion speed.
• The extruder
"HDPE only" high efficiency screw;
Electromagnetic heating technology, save up to 30% electricity, and cut extrusion heating time to half;
"Basket type" die-head. High-speed and steady extrusion efficiency is guaranteed.
• Calibration sleeve
Unique Groove technology and water-loop cooling method, ensure the accurate shape and size of the pipes.
• Hall-off machine
Multi-caterpillar hall-off machine, install with imported inverter, extrusion and hall speed are synchronized.
• Cutting machine
Planetary type cutting machine, neat and smooth cutting edges are guaranteed.
• Control system
Imported PLC computer control system, the entire machine group is fully automatic and synchronized.
