PVC series production line is able to produce various sizes PVC pipes, consists of conical/parallel double screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank,Hauling-off Unit, cutting unit and stacker unit, with the promise of high production efficiency and reliable performance as well as simple operating interface.

By adding on additional machine equipment, this line can also produce inner wall spiral pipe, inner wall hollow pipe as well as PP, PE, ABS, PPR, PEX and other types of plastic pipes. PVC pipes are commonly use in water drainage and cable/wire protection area.

• Main motor
Imported AC motor and inverter, downstream motors are all use reliable Chinese domestic brands.
• Hall-off unit
Hall-off unit has two claw, three claw, four claw, six-claw and eight claw to choose from.
• Cutting unit
Fully automatic cutting unit with either saw cutting or planetary cutting to choose from.
• Control system
Siemens PLC control system, the whole line is synchronized and fully automatic.
