This machine group is used to produce PVC fiber reinforced hose, also named as PVC net hose, snake hose. The finished product is soft, non-toxic, transparent, pressure resistance, tensile resistance and corrosion resistance; it is suitable for pressure corrosive gas, liquid transportation, lawn/garden watering, widely used in chemical, agricultural and construction industries.
The whole production line comprises with twin conical screw extruder, stainless steel vacuum calibration tank, hall-off machine, fiber braiding system and coilers. It has sleek appearance and compact structure, it‘s easy to operate with stable production capacity.
Performance characteristics:
• Polyolefin type single screw extruder, highly effective plasticization;
• Specially designed extrusion die;
• Pipe range Φ6-50mm, production speeds up to 16 m/min;
• This line can also produce HDPE silicon core pipe, PP-R, PE and PEX pipes.
