Screw adopts special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity design.
Coat-hanger die use a special double flow design which allows more precise adjustment to sheet thickness. Temperature control of plus or minus 1 ℃ can accurately control the plasticizing process and sheet thickness.
Three Roll-ray machine adopts vertical lifting method. Sheet thickness control with a two-way roller screw adjustment and precise control of sheet thickness can be adapted .
The roller temperature control system can precisely control the temperature ensures sheet thickness uniformity.
