YF series of wide board extrusion line integrates the advantages of both wood and plastic. It is not only obtain the natural wood appearance, but also overcome the shortcoming of wood, it has good processing performance which is similar to wood, it can be sawed and nailed, be worked with woodwork tools.
Other physical characteristics includes: water proof, corrosion resistance, resistance to compression, resistance to impact. Foam board with wood fiber can be widely used for outdoor floor, board tray, outdoor floor and so on outdoor facilities, as well as indicating plate, circulating box, roof beam and other places.
The extrusion line is equipped with SJ-SZ series conical twin-screw extruder, down-steam units includes vacuum calibrating table, cooling machine, hall-off, cutting machine and discharge unit. It is suitable to manufacture board that width up to 1250mm.
