This extrusion is developed for the demand for small sizes profiles. The extrusion line consists of one single screw extruder, vacuum calibration table, traction machine, cutting machine, and stacker. The line achieves superb plasticization, high output and low energy consumption features. It equipped with imported inverter, temperature controllers are Japanese brand OMROB or according to customer preference. Vacuum pump and traction motor are all installed with high quality brands, convenient to maintenance.
