WPS series pelletizing extrusion line would be composed of a conical twin-screw extruder and the corresponding granulation downstream equipment, it is suitable for pelletizing PVC, PE type of raw material, with adding the additives such as wood powder, CaCo3, the extruded particles are full, solid and evenly. The whole series are fully automatic with great output capacity.
WPS Board has the quality of sound separation, sound absorption, heat separation, heat insulation and anti-flaming characteristics. It is lightweight, and easy to storage & transit. This product has been greatly used to replace wood in construction industry. It can be conducted with woodwork tools for drilling, sawing, nailing, bonding and etc. It is suitable for thermal forming, thermal bending and fold processing. It can be welded as well as cohere with other PVC material.
