Product Introduction

Proforated steel reinforced PE pipe production technology is Goldstone another self-developed product after ten years’ of continuous research work and testing. This pipe is reinforced by steel plate with holes. Because of the reinforcement, pipe working pressure is significantly improved compared to HDPE solid wall pipe. This pipe has good anti-sagging property, and it is an ideal product for over ground pipe line.

Reinforced by steel with holes, this pipe inner and outer PE layers are melted into an integrated structure, which makes the pipe very reliable. Compared to PSP pipe, this machine has no inner layer separation with steel problem.

This pipe follows with China national standard CJ/T 181-2003 “Specification for steel with hole reinforced PE pipe”

Production Process

The reinforced steel is cold rolling steel, which is punched with holes and stored in rolls. In pipe production line, the cold rolling steel with holes is formed and welded to pipe structure, going through the HDPE mould and the reinforced pipe is made by extrusion process.
