Reference to Germany, the United States similar equipment, with years of practical experience and considering the actual situation of China, a continuing coil coating equipment is developed by Goldstone, which mainly applied in the surface metallization treatment to various films of CPP, PET, BOPP, PVC and some of specially treated papers, which is widely used in packaging, anti-fake, reflective and decorative industries.

Using the new allocation of Evaporation boat, the coating thickness is fully guaranteed.And a separate wire feeder motor can be co-worked to individual wire feeder motor to achieve more precise adjustment to coating thickness.Considering the actualsituation of developing countries, the Resistance Coating Thickness Testing is applied to reduce the cost. The separate wire feeder motor can be chosen if You need to configure the optical density thickness measurement system, whilst it should be purchased adopt to the separate wire feeder motor.

Transmission system has been well designed and state-of-the-art manufactturing, use additional post float cooling roller which makes film stick on the drum better.

Precise tension control system can ensure the film quality during the high speed film coating process.

The avilable film width is from 1100mm to 2500mm, the max. speed is 11 m/min.

Equipped with reputed Germany pumps to guarantee the high pumping speed and vacuum degree. The pumping system compose of vane rotary pump, diffusion pump and oil booster pump, the vacuum recovering time could be limited in 15 minutes. As well the high performance Chinese pumps could be alternative selection for customers to reduce the machine cost. The POLYCOLD system(Water vapor cryopump) is required for roll coating machine of polymer film and craftpaper. We reserve coiling pipe and connection for Polycold system. And you can select different brand and model of Polycold products. Chinese product is available for application.
