Technical Features：

2. In the section of aseptic filling and screw cap, equipment adopt whole dust-free mechanism designing.
3. According to the product features and nature, the filling needle will move up and down or submersible filling, to prevent liquid bubbling or splashing liquid.
4. For filling can adopt peristaltic pump, plunger or piston pump, the user can specify.
5. The servo technology used for screw capping mechanism, so the screwing torque is relatively constant.
6. Having equipment operation monitoring, the operation status of key part of equipment, there is a dynamic display on the display unit, so that the operator can view the running status very clearly, easy to operate and maintain.
7. The whole production line of intelligent control has the function of chain control for upstream and downstream working stations.
8. Optional purification cage and hundred grade FFU purification laminar flow hood reach to GMP requirements. (Additional charges)
9. Most of the whole machine is made of stainless steel SUS 304 #, aluminum alloy and etc., the whole designing is in line with the GMP requirements.
