Introduction:

The production line was produced through introducing,digesting and absording foreign advanced technology. At the same time, we combine our machine making experience as well as today's concept of environmental protection to research and develop this new style waste plastic fim crushing , washing and recyling line.

Applicable plastic materials: PP, LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, BOPP, etc.

Material shape: Woven bags, printed LDPE film (rolls, loose, bundled), agriculture film, foamed plastics and raffia, etc.

Note: depending on material property, various downstream equipment are available.

Production line features:

1. Final products has good quality. When process PP PE film bags, final products humidity below 5%.

2. The whole line capacity between 150kg/h-2000kg/h (150kg/h, 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 1000kg/h, 2000kg/h)

3. Parts which contact material use SUS304, thickness more than 3mm, ensure long service lift

time.
