JF-1000 Model Dry-type laminating machine
Introduction:
This model machine is used for PET,Nylon,CPP,CPE,Aluminum foil,paper and such roll base materials’ dry-type laminating process.
Main technical parameter:
1. Dip-coating width: 400-1000mm;
2. Dip-coating method: directly use anilox roll laminating;
3.Electric oven, secondly use hot air, save energy, use independent piecewise constant temperature drying system, together with electric temperature Measuring device, control the temperature automatically, air in and out device can be adjusted ,high strength and totally be dried.
4.Electric oven open method: Oven lid with air impulsion, make material-loading convenient.
5. ln the oven guiding roller with active control, the transmission of rollers adopts synchronous belt to link each other, use vector inverter control system, same step with main motor.
6.Machines’ design speed: 0-150m/min, line speed in the real production: 0-120m/min;
7. First unwinding device: single independent unwinding shelf, about the tension, adopt vector inverter control system, Rectifying system adopt carbottom-type automatical rectifying device(EPC), rectifying length: ±100mm;
8. Second unwinding device: single independent unwinding shelf, about the tension, adopt vector inverter control system, Rectifying system adopt photo-electricity automatically rectifying device, rectifying length: ±100mm;
9.Single independent winding shelf, about the tension, adopt vector inverter control system.( Taper tension)

11.Adopt advanced PLC control system, human-machine control panel,unwinding,dip-coating,transmission in the oven ,laminating、winding and such process keep the same step when increase and decrease the speed,balance the speed, control the tension steady, and control unwinding and winding independently.
