UHMWPE possesses high wear resisting, impact resistance, self-lubrication, corrosion resisting, low-temperature resisting and anti-fatigue properties that common polyethylene and other engineering plastic cannot surpass.
The extruding production line realizes continuous extruding and production of such kind of profile products; it can produce pipes, bars and sheets after change the auxiliary machine.
In recent years, along with the breakthrough of UHMWPE processing technology, extruded profile products have been used in the area of general machine, foodstuff machine, chemical industry, medical apparatus, and recreational supplies, etc. UHMWPE profile also can be applied on small scale snow plow, storage device, and vacuum dryer as section rail, etc, also can be used as gear wheel, bearing sleeve, slide rail, etc. Along with the development of processing technology, the application area of UHMWPE must be enlarged gradually.
The production line adopts dedicated extruder for UHMWPE. It is composed of ultra-large torque reducer, special designed screw, new-type open slot barrel, mould, sizing device, cutter, stacker, and electric control cabinet, etc.
