JTP MOULD has built many different design & size of plastic bucket mould, we’d like to show you our bucket moulds in different groups:
1) By design: bucket mould with cover, bucket mould without cover, water bucket, garbage bucket, bucket mould with handle, etc.
2) By capacity: all kinds of sizes, such as 10L,17L,25L,35L,45L,60L,70L,80L,100L,120L bucket moulds,etc.

We used the most advanced CNC lathe machine to process the bucket mould, so the wall thickness of the bucket body will be very even. The equal thickness around the bucket will make the injection filling very easily.

Usually we will pay attention on bucket wall thickness and cooling system to achieve good result.
1) In general, we make one piece core and one piece cavity for bucket moulds.
2) We make very good cooling line all around the core and cavity of bucket mould, So that the bucket mould can get very good cooling when injection molding.
